The company takes its name from its founder Ellis Salsby who established the company in 1989. Based in the Midlands and operating from purpose built offices, we have developed a close knit team who are passionate about offering excellent customer service and the growth of the business has been enhanced by our staff retention.
We are proud that 35% of our staff has been with the company in excess of five years and our Investors in People accreditation is testament to the hard work and success of our training and development programme. This commitment to the business is in turn reflected in our customer loyalty in both the corporate and public sector.

Based In Kidderminster but with a client base stretching 3 continents, the company has consistently been testing the boundaries in their quest of offering an exceptional customer experience.

Debbie manages the team of dedicated venue consultants on a day to day basis to enable a quick turnaround of enquiries. Drawing on her extensive conference and banqueting background allows for workable and creative solutions to be delivered to the clients and venues.
Training and Development
Well trained and developed staff are vital for providing our Clients with a consistently high standard of service. All of our staff are trained and developed in line with the rigorous Investors in People standard, undergoing an annual performance review which generates a personal training plan and action plan.
