Why should I use you rather than doing the work myself?

Very good question!!
Trying to book a meeting room or a hotel bedroom is not rocket science, however it can take time and you will need a lot of patience if your request is not straightforward. If you have plenty of both then you have a choice!

Surely it will cost me more booking through an agent?

With most meeting and conference bookings we will negotiate on the overall package for you and you should see some significant savings either in delegate rate or in the overall cost of the services being provided. We are very good at encouraging the venues to 'include extras' into the package i.e. extra refreshments, equipment, syndicate rooms etc. As booking venues is our business, you will benefit from the massive buying power that we have to help leverage the best package

How do you earn your money?

The venue normally pays us a small commission for introducing and confirming the event. If the event does not confirm or cancels without any charge to you then we do not earn a bean!!

What if the venue or supplier does not pay commission?

We will tell you. You can then decide to make the bookings yourself or if you want us involved then we would charge a small transaction fee. This is typically the case with low cost airlines/some budget accommodation.

How can you do a better job than me?

It really depends how much experience you have had dealing with venues as you might be talking to someone in a venue with less experience than you. By using an agent you will be dealing with an experienced consultant who will take the time to understand your objectives and make sure that they come up with a choice of options for you. If you have the perfect venue then we will tell you. Our priority is to make sure you have the right venue at the best overall package.

What if I don't like your choice of options?

That is up to you! We will always try to match the available venues with your brief but sometimes we just cannot achieve what you are looking for due to availability, budget, location etc. However we will always try to work with you to achieve a suitable outcome by suggesting alternate solutions.

Will you ever charge me for your services?

Generally our venue finding service is at no cost to you as we would receive a commission from the venue we book on your behalf.
Sometimes, however, there might be a charge. This will always be agreed before we start work. If we need to do work where the preferred venue does not pay commission (i.e. ICC Birmingham) or you instruct us to do a lot of research for an event that you subsequently book direct with our recommended venues then you may be charged a fee based on a % of the lost commission.

Why should we use you?

We live our brand promises and also we take the time to understand the needs of our clients. We also have the knowledge and experience of booking hundreds of events as this is our business, it is what we do every day. It will also be a pleasurable experience as testified in the feedback from our clients.

Do you only operate in the UK?

No. The majority of our business is in the UK but we do a number of events overseas and we are seeing a significant growth in this part of our business.
