Westin Hotel and Spa Birmingham

The Westin Hotel and Spa Birmingham is a new 198 bedroom hotel opening in central Birmingham in early 2010. The hotel, the first five star property in Birmingham, will occupy a landmark 23-storey tower alongside the city’s Snow Hill Station and overlooking St Chad’s Cathedral. The hotel is the principal component of a mixed use development which includes two 12-storey office blocks, a 44-storey residential tower plus retail units. The hotel will feature 1050 sq-mt of meeting and convention space, including a 370 sq-mt ballroom and four meeting rooms.

Maple House - Birmingham

Maple House opens in Birmingham June 2008. It is Etc Venues first conference and training centre to open outside London. Maple House is the conversion of an existing building. It will have 13 main meeting rooms, the largest seating 116 theatre style, plus 6 syndicate rooms, a restaurant, a café and a private dining room. All meeting rooms have plenty of natural daylight and all are equipped with the latest range of AV technology, data-projectors and all include free wireless internet access. Maple House is located on Corporation Street overlooking Old Square in city centre Birmingham.

 
 
 The Belfry - Warwickshire

The Belfry is planning a major redevelopment to convert the world-famous golf and leisure venue into an international resort and the only five-star hotel in the Midlands. Plans include the creation of a new Belfry hotel comprising 500 luxurious rooms and a new leisure complex including swimming pool, gym, spa and treatment facilities. The new hotel will be set in newly landscaped surroundings with underground parking to benefit the environment. The golfing experience will be enhanced with new facilities building on its established reputation.

 
Radisson Edwardian Coventry

Radisson Edwardian Coventry is a brand new, four-star 183-bedroom hotel opening in May 2009. The hotel will feature 121 standard rooms, 55 deluxe rooms, five junior suites and two Presidential Suites. It will also feature a full-service restaurant, bar and luxury Health Club and Spa, with a swimming pool, four treatment rooms and a fully-equipped fitness centre.Conference and banquet facilities will encompass 13,500 square feet of space, including 10 meeting rooms and one banquet/conference room of 5,300 square feet seating up to 450 for a dinner dance.
 
Ramada Encore Birmingham NEC

A 164-bedroom Ramada Encore is planned for the NEC (National Exhibition Centre) in Birmingham. The hotel, on the site of the NEC offices, is expected to open in late 2008. NEC employees currently based at NEC House on Bickenhill Lane will move ’above the shop’ to new offices within the exhibition complex itself. Ramada Encore Hotels features bright, innovative and contemporary bedroom accommodation with plenty of work space and well-equipped bathrooms. They also feature "The Hub", an informal public area with a coffee shop and bar.

Intercontinental Hotels - Hotel Indigo

The new chic boutique brand will open its first UK property in summer ’08 at London Paddington.  This 68 bedroomed hotel is positioned to appeal to those seeking a well priced, design-led experience yet still close to the hub of London nightlife.

Menzies Strathmore Hotel 

Situated in one of the original Arndale centres, Menzies Hotels have nearly completed a multi million pound refurbishment of this property which has been transformed into a contemporary 4 star standard product in the centre of Luton.
