Working within our Service Level Agreement we can be completely or partially involved and will advise accordingly.
Site Inspections – once you have considered the options our venue finding service has sourced for you, we can accompany you on site inspection visits to evaluate the suitability of the venues for your event; taking into consideration value for money, logistics and the 'feel' of the venue.
Contract Negotiations - minimum numbers, allocated meeting rooms, terms of payment, accounting instructions and who at the venue is running your event are all crucial; and often overlooked; aspects of negotiations. We will ensure the 'small print' is scrutinised to fairly protect both you and your confirmed venue.
Throughout the booking process we monitor our service level delivery with the use of Evaluation Questionnaires and post event feedback. Information gained is proactively shared to ensure continual improvement of our service.
