Why cancel your live event when you can go virtual …or even hybrid?
Nothing will completely replace a live event with the buzz and atmosphere of being face to face in person. However, depending on the objective of the event, hosting either completely virtual event or a hybrid option with live on stage content with a small audience…may a good alternative.
Bear in mind that a hybrid event for small numbers can work out quite costly, however the cost needs to be calculated against the overall cost of the live event.
Things that you get with virtual and hybrid options:
- Web platform and apps
- AI networking
- Live streaming
- Audience Interactions
- Video calls/chat
- Voting/polling
- Exhibition
- Breakout rooms
- Delivery options of gifts to guests
The biggest benefit of virtual and hybrid is you get the opportunity to engage with a wider global audience, allowing to engage real time with valuable content.
